AUBEA 2026 will invite submissions in the following categories:
Authors with accepted abstracts have been invited to submit a full paper, extended abstract, or poster presentation. Authors who did not previously submit an abstract are also welcome to submit directly at this stage. For submission requirements and templates, visit the Call for Papers page. To submit, click the relevant category button above.

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Accepted full papers and extended abstracts must be presented at the conference to be recognised as part of the official AUBEA 2026 conference programme and proceedings. Acceptance is conditional on at least one author registering for the conference and presenting the accepted work in the allocated format. If the registered presenter is unable to attend, another registered participant may present the work on their behalf.

The single-day attendance fee only includes access to all sessions along with refreshments and lunch for that day. This option is intended for workshop or general attendance only and cannot be used to present an accepted conference paper in the main AUBEA 2026 programme or proceedings.

​The half-day attendance fee includes access to either the morning or afternoon session on the registered day, along with the relevant morning or afternoon tea and lunch on that day. At least one author of each accepted submission must register and attend the conference to present their work.

One registration may cover up to two papers, with an additional fee of $100 for the second paper.

Up to three additional Conference Dinner tickets may be purchased for guests of in-person author or non-author participants. Attendees from all other registration categories must purchase a ticket for themselves and up to two additional guests.

AUBEA 2026 will invite submissions in the following categories:

Abstract submission will open first, with authors indicating their preferred submission type.
All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
Accepted full papers will be published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings, subject to publisher acceptance. Accepted extended abstracts will be published in digital conference proceedings with a DOI. Selected high-quality papers may be invited for further development for publication in journal special issues (to be confirmed).
The submission system and detailed author guidelines will be announced in due course. Prospective authors are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates.

AUBEA 2026 will invite submissions in the following categories:
Abstract submission will open first, with authors indicating their preferred submission type.
All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
Accepted full papers will be published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings, subject to publisher acceptance. Accepted extended abstracts will be published in digital conference proceedings with a DOI. Selected high-quality papers may be invited for further development for publication in journal special issues (to be confirmed).
